Victor Navarroli

Managing Partner

Victor Navarroli has more than 30 years of wealth advising experience. Employing a “high touch” approach, Victor routinely travels throughout the country to meet with clients. Victor has presented nationally to thousands of peers on retirement planning, investment management, and tax planning since 1993. He is a member of Financial Planning Association and Investments and Wealth Institute. When working with clients, or mentoring the next generation of wealth advisors, Victor is an optimist who functions from the belief that there is good in everyone, everything, and every situation—although sometimes you have to look to find it. Victor is the proud father of three adult children and a beaming grandfather to four grandchildren.

We work with clients at all life stages and customize portfolios based on individual risk tolerance. Our areas of specialty include wealth advising, financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, insurance, divorce planning, and estate planning.

Michael Davies, PhD, Partner, approaches the wealth advising client relationship from the perspective of empowerment and education. Influenced by his background in science, Michael’s commitment to making objective and data-driven wealth management recommendations quickly becomes apparent to his clients. Whether their goals are to become debt free, to retire early, or purely to optimize where their dollars are going, Michael guides clients to make decisions out of confidence rather than fear.

Mitch Ludwig, CFP® has been creating and presenting financial plans to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses for over a decade. He has extensive knowledge in all areas of Financial Planning, especially the areas of retirement planning, investment management, cash flow planning and budgeting, insurance needs analysis, and tax and estate planning. Mitch is dedicated to finding tailored solutions to meet the unique financial needs and goals of our clients.

Mitch is originally from Chantilly, VA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Virginia Tech. He completed his Financial Planning course work through Virginia Tech’s CFP® Certification Education Track. In 2019 he earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Mitch lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife, Brittaney, and his two dogs, Frodo and Butters. Outside of the office, they enjoy being around family and friends, taking ski vacations, hiking in the Appalachian Mountains, playing classical guitar, traveling to new places together, and supporting their Virginia Tech Hokies.

James Haick is located in Fort Myers, FL & Bonita Springs, FL, he has been an advisor for 24 years. James joined Carolina Wealth Partners after deciding to join United Planners Financial Services, Inc. at the end of 2024. James has an extensive knowledge of investment products as well as alternative investments. James holds the Series 7 & 63 FINRA licenses and Life Insurance and Long Term Care Insurance licenses.

Marianne Sivak, MBA is located in Fort Myers, FL and Bonita Springs, FL. Influenced by her background as a medical professional, her experience with business management and business development, Marianne builds a client-centric approach to wealth management using analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to helping clients make informed decisions.

Marianne is an associate with Carolina Wealth Partners. She decided to join United Planners Financial Services in December 2024.

Executive Assistant

Suzanne (Sue) Maxwell joined Carolina Wealth Partners (CWP) November 2021. Sue brings 30+ years of Executive Assistance Experience (EDS, HP, and DXC) with much of her focus on customer satisfaction. Sue is very eager to support the CWP leadership and our clients. Sue loves spending a rainy day with her rescue dog, Maggie, and a good book. Sue also has two adult children and she is hoping they will eventually produce grandchildren.
